WHAT IS THE PAY RATE?
Pay varies depending on the amount of beans (gifts) you receive and is based on a tier chart. You can earn anywhere from $100-$32,000 USD a month + tips. Your earning potential increases the more time and effort you put in.
WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?
You must be at least 18 years of age, be living in Canada or the United States, have a smartphone or tablet, access to a strong internet connection and have a friendly personality.
DOES YOUR AGENCY TAKE A COMMISSION?
Element Talent does NOT take a cut from our hosts. Everything you earn goes directly to you.
IS IT HARD TO PASS THE AUDITION?
The audition process is quick and easy! You will be asked to record a quick 30 second video stating the date, your user ID, that you are auditioning to be a host under Element Talent Agency and a bit about yourself and the content you will be bringing to the platform. The agency will send you an invitation to audition to your BIGO inbox and from there you will be able to submit directly to BIGO for approval. If you have good lighting, a strong internet connection and an engaging personality you are likely to get approved.
WHAT TYPE OF CONTENT CAN I STREAM?
Most hosts talk and hang out in their broadcast, but if you have a talent you can showcase that as well. As long as your talent is PG you have free rein. BIGO has a strict no nudity, no smoking, no drugs, no violence policy.
DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO GET STARTED?
It is completely free to become a host under Element Talent Agency. The only expense we recommend is to invest in a ring light, however, this is purely a recommendation and up to the hosts discretion.
